LOUNGE AREAS

This is one of the very large tables which we share dinner and stories together. during the summer

We share stories and the student's love to watch soccer on the large TV outside.

This is where the students can smoke outside and spend time together laughing and enjoying each others company.

This is the wall of 'Students' where we have pictures of our students and also where the student computer is.

Students Bedrooms

Each two bedrooms share their own bathroom

Delicious meals

Example of breakfast would be:  cold cereal with milk, fresh fruit, toast with peanut butter & jam, toasted bagel with cream  cheese, fried eggs and toast, tea, coffee or milk. The students prepare their own breakfast but all breakfast food is provided.

Lunch

Students prepare their lunch for school. Example of lunch would be, cold cut meat sandwich with cheese, lettuce and condiments, fresh fruit, cookies and bottled water.  Many students like to take leftovers from dinner for their lunch.

Dinner

Dinner is prepared by Homestay – 7 days a week.  Example of dinner – roasted chicken breast with red peppers and onions, garlic bread, roasted potatoes or rice, garden fresh salad.

Snacks

Snacks and fresh fruit, and bottled water is always available.

Students are allowed to eat any time they want to and there is no limit to the amount of food they are allowed to eat.  (We have  been told by many students which move from another home to ours, that their food and milk was restricted to only 1 bag of milk a week and food was very limited.  They were never given snacks or cookies.

Each bedroom contains:

• Closet and clothes hangers
• Each room has Lock and key for privacy

Students have access to:

A computer in the students area for the students to use if they do not have their own.

Lovely backyard with beautiful garden for the students to use.

BBQ

Meeting place for students to have their friends come and visit them.
